This class focuses on the learning and application of the basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques. Students will learn the fundamental skills and strategies of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including a variety of submissions and escapes.
This program focuses on several aspects of wellness. In addition to physical jiu-jitsu skills teens are introduced to concepts of self control, responsibility and respect. The program was developed specifically with teens in mind.
