Basic Jiu Jitsu
This class focuses on the learning and application of the basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques. Students will learn the fundamental skills and strategies of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including a variety of submissions and escapes.

Teens Jiu Jitsu
This program focuses on several aspects of wellness. In addition to physical jiu-jitsu skills teens are introduced to concepts of self control, responsibility and respect. The program was developed specifically with teens in mind.

Adult Jiu Jitsu
Andrew's training and teaching experience combine to produce one of the highest levels of instruction in Ontario. As an avid competitor, the skills he teaches are competition proven.

Boxing
Our boxing program is a great stress relief for everyone. This introductory program incorporates hand/eye coordination, hip movement, and footwork. Come on out and learn the sweet science of boxing, and get into amazing shape.

Strength and Conditioning
The design of this program accommodates people of all ages and skill levels and focuses on developing striking techniques, strength training, and a healthy level of fitness.

Women's Only MMA Conditioning
Have a blast while sculpting your body in a positive, encouraging environment. This program focuses on both cardio and strength.
